Disassembly:
- To achieve a seamless and professional look, we remove necessary parts such as mirrors, trim, and badges.
- This step ensures the wrap covers edges and recesses perfectly.
Application:
- We carefully measure and cut the wrap, ensuring precise alignment with the vehicle's curves and contours.
- Using heat and professional-grade tools, our experienced installers apply the wrap smoothly, eliminating bubbles and wrinkles.
- Corners and edges are meticulously tucked and sealed for a flawless finish.
Reassembly:
- Once the wrap is applied, we reassemble the removed parts with care to maintain the car's integrity.
Final Touches & Inspection:
- The wrap undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure there are no imperfections.
- If requested, ceramic coating is applied for added protection and enhanced shine.
Handover:

How Long Does It Take to Wrap a Car?

Preparation Time:
- This includes washing, detailing, and paint correction (if necessary). Depending on the car's condition, this can take 1 to 2 days.
Wrapping Time:
- The actual application of the wrap typically takes 2 to 5 days, depending on the size and complexity of the vehicle, as well as any customizations like accents or intricate design work.
Curing Time:
- After the wrap is applied, we use infrared curing lights to heat and set the material. This process helps the adhesive bond fully with the vehicle's surface, ensuring durability and preventing premature lifting or peeling. Infrared curing takes about 1 to 2 hours per vehicle.
Final Inspection & Handover:
- Once cured, the wrap undergoes a final quality check, and any necessary adjustments are made. This adds about half a day to the timeline.

Total Time Required:

From start to finish, wrapping a car at EUG Wraps usually takes 3 to 7 days, depending on the car's condition, the type of wrap, and the level of detail required.
